At Candice Coffey Photography, I want every client to feel confident and comfortable when booking a session. Whether it’s a family portrait, newborn session, or lifestyle shoot, planning goes into each experience long before the camera comes out. For this reason, I have a clear refund and cancellation policy that helps protect both my clients and my business.

Booking & Retainer Fees

To secure your session date and time, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. This retainer ensures your spot is reserved on my calendar and that I can dedicate my time and resources to preparing for your session. The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled date.

Because the retainer fee holds your spot, it is not refundable. However, I understand that life happens—especially with little ones—and flexibility is important. That’s why I allow clients to reschedule their sessions when needed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your session, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance. Your retainer will be applied to a new session date within the same calendar year, subject to availability.

If a session is canceled without rescheduling, the retainer will be forfeited. This policy ensures fairness to all clients and allows me to keep my schedule available for families who are ready to book.

Refund Policy

Because photography is a custom and creative service, all session fees and retainers are non-refundable. I carefully plan, shoot, and edit each session to create images that reflect your unique story and my professional style.

In the rare case that I must cancel due to illness, severe weather, or unexpected emergencies, clients will be given the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund. Client satisfaction is always my priority, and I work to make the process as stress-free as possible.

Image Delivery

Every image is hand-edited in the signature style of Candice Coffey Photography. Once final galleries are delivered, refunds are not available, as editing is part of the creative process and cannot be undone.
